I am assuming that if you are reading this you know all about the A2 and what great little cars these are. I bought it as I was expecting to be doing a long commute but that hasn’t happened and as I already have another A2 keeper this one reluctantly must go as the other will always be the keeper.
It’s a 90 bhp model and has lots of history including a replacement clutch and DMF and it’s had the turbo refurbished but it does have a couple of niggles:
The engine management light is on, doesn’t affect the performance and you are welcome to come and do a VCDS scan.The temperature control flap sometimes sticks but circling between hot and cold generally sorts itThe internal release of the drivers door can be temperamentalThe Open Sky roof does not work but I still prefer the glass roof as it makes the cabin very airWiper arm could do with refurbishment / re bushingViewing is recommended and please “no will you take £xxx without bothering to see the car”
MOT till September and last one was advisory free
