The vehicle has been abandoned for approximately two years, official notice of removal, has been served and has now expired.The vehicle has no keys or log book and will need recovering.Moreover,It is parked in my secure basement carpark ( site manager) with a limited hight restriction for access. A recovery vehicle won’t be able to access the carpark,However there is access at the front of the carpark exit, for a recovery vehicle to collect the car once it is removed from the carpark,Bearing in mind that the car hand brakes and steering are locked.Upon sale and collection, a receipt of sale will be given including a reference number of the official abandoned vehicle notice.Sale terms are cash on collection, or payment to before collection.
