Injector Bracket bolt for cylinders 3 & 4 snapped. A weakness on this engine apparently.
Before the bolt snapped, it must have been slightly loose, because the injectors might have damaged the holes where they sit in the head.
Cylinder 3, the hole looks slightly oval.
Cylinder 4, the injector copper washer was severely damaged and there is some copper embedded in the head.
